The Seed Blog: What If… Rapture Anticipation

Scenario:  Three friends have just been informed...
Beyond the shadow of a doubt...
They have one week before the world will come to an end!
 
One replies:"Well, I'm going out having every experience possible!
I’ve got drugs I haven’t tried, women, drinking, stealing... Might as well be like “The Purge”… And try it all...Nothing to lose now!"
 
The Second replies:"Good gravy! I've got to get right with Jesus RIGHT NOW!I'm throwing everything out... I'm going to church this week...I'm done with porn, done with partying, done wasting all my time on things that won't be here in two weeks anyway! I've got to start telling everyone I love, about Jesus!"
 
The Third replies:"Well... I'm with those I love the most in life...I'm doing what I think I was called to do in this world...I'm walking with My Jesus…I'm loving His people with all I have...I've lived my life getting ready for this moment...
Bring it on! I'm going home to have dinner!"

Many people are looking on this week…With intense, but reserved, anticipation...
At the possibility of Jesus Christ Returning...During the Blowing of the Trumpets on Yom Teruah of this year...(Feast of trumpets) Which will be roughly sometime between 6:30pm and 7:30pm...Israeli Time...

When their next day officially begins in… In their evening...As the third star appears in the evening sky...Or tomorrow evening about this same time...If the sliver of the New Moon is not seen on the first evening!
 
That would mean 11:30am to 12:30pm today...Or this same time tomorrow, for us in this time zone! Because Israel is 7 hours ahead of us...Could it be today? Of course… But we are careful NOT TO SET DATES and TIMES!
 
I absolutely KNOW that Christ's Return…To Gather His Saints is imminently near...Due to the restoration of Israel to her own Land... In our time!...And the fact that Israel has celebrated 74 years now as a Nation...And the fact that God says the generation that sees Israel return...Will see all the events of the Rapture and Tribulation take place...
 
Jeremiah 30:10, 22-24 (NKJV)
10  'Therefore do not fear, O My servant Jacob,' says the LORD, 'Nor be dismayed, O Israel; For behold, I will save you from afar, And your seed from the land of their captivity. Jacob shall return, have rest and be quiet, And no one shall make him afraid.... 22  'You shall be My people, And I will be your God.' " 23  Behold, the whirlwind of the LORD Goes forth with fury, A continuing whirlwind; It will fall violently on the head of the wicked. 24  The fierce anger of the LORD will not return until He has done it, And until He has performed the intents of His heart. In the latter days you will consider it.
 
Matthew 24:33-35 (NKJV)
33  So you also, when you see all these things, know that it is near--at the doors! 34  Assuredly, I say to you, this generation will by no means pass away till all these things take place. 35  Heaven and earth will pass away, but My words will by no means pass away.
 
And a generation is identified to be 70 to 80 years...
 
Psalm 90:10 (NKJV)
The days of our lives are seventy years; And if by reason of strength they are eighty years, Yet their boast is only labor and sorrow; For it is soon cut off, and we fly away.
 
The mathematical impossibly...Of the numerous and exact fulfillments...
Of prophecies concerning the world's...Alignment of nations, events, wars, economy, and technologies today! (Israel/Russia/Iran/China/Red Heifers/Digital Currency)
 
It does NOT mean that it will be THIS MOMENT... OR THIS YEAR! We must be very cautious NOT to go beyond what Scriptures teach! It would be Glorious beyond words if it DOES happen this year! If not... It WILL be very soon!
 
The Virgins!
 
For some people listening to my voice right now... Probably MOST who are listening…You should be Joyful IF the Lord continues to Tarry...Should this moment pass us by!
 
Matthew 25:1-13 (NKJV)
1  "Then the kingdom of heaven shall be likened to ten virgins who took their lamps and went out to meet the bridegroom. 2  Now five of them were wise, and five were foolish. 3  Those who were foolish took their lamps and took no oil with them, 4  but the wise took oil in their vessels with their lamps. 5  But while the bridegroom was delayed, they all slumbered and slept. 6  And at midnight a cry was heard: 'Behold, the bridegroom is coming; go out to meet him!' 7  Then all those virgins arose and trimmed their lamps. 8  And the foolish said to the wise, 'Give us some of your oil, for our lamps are going out.' 9  But the wise answered, saying, 'No, lest there should not be enough for us and you; but go rather to those who sell, and buy for yourselves.' 10  And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came, and those who were ready went in with him to the wedding; and the door was shut. 11  Afterward the other virgins came also, saying, 'Lord, Lord, open to us!' 12  But he answered and said, 'Assuredly, I say to you, I do not know you.' 13  Watch therefore, for you know neither the day nor the hour in which the Son of Man is coming.
 
Listening… How many of you can honestly say...That you are not slumbering right now as we wait? All ten of these virgins were believing...
Expecting the Bridegroom…They ALL called Him, “Lord, Lord!” But HALF OF THEM...Had ceased from actively, excitedly awaiting Him...Ceased from living their days in longing and preparation...They had let their oil run out!
 
TELL ME… EVEN WITH ALL THE STUDY & AND EMPHASIS LATELY…How many here are talking to Him intimately everyday? Trying to draw nearer to Him with all your heart? Really seeking to live each day literally in His Will and
Direction...Giving yourself to His Work? Loving people in His name?
 
How many are doing ONE THING to advance His Love and Kingdom? I’m sure many STILL are not…Because many are even making attending His House...
To meet with His people...To learn more about HIM... So you can love Him more... (Can’t love Who you don’t know… Or seem to want to know!)

So you can recognize and resist the world's ways...So you can worship Him unashamedly together...In a world that hates Him? (Sinners sacrifice much to demonstrate) So you can make His Church...Which are your brothers and sisters in Christ...A priority of your life?
 
How many of you...Have embraced nothing but...The goals, cares, and joys of this life... As your primary reason for living... With God as just one more part of your life?
 
ANSWER THIS QUESTION:
 
How many here right now...Would say that Christ is more important than anything else in your life... And you live for Him first and foremost today?
 
OK... If you changed that answer... And you were one who said...That something else in your life was most important... That something else was your primary reason for living... Would the way you are actually, literally living right this minute... Even change all that much? If it would not change RADICALLY... In the world in which we live...You probably didn’t mean it…When you said He was FIRST!...And even if no one else knows...HE KNOWS!
 
Our works have nothing to do with our Salvation...But our works... Our desires... Our Life... Our pursuits…Naturally reflect our TRUE DESIRES AND PASSIONS...So... Be honest with yourself... Right now...If the Trump Sounds today... Next Week...Does the way you live right now...Reflect an eager, devoted bride...Living for her Husband-to-be...Lamp burning with oil? Or one who has lost her passion..And is scrambling to get the flame lit once more??!! Many people who refuse to honestly answer that question...Should be glad if Jesus Tarries a Season longer!

19  Every tree that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire. 20  Therefore by their fruits you will know them. 21  "Not everyone who says to Me, 'Lord, Lord,' shall enter the kingdom of heaven, but he who does the will of My Father in heaven. 22  Many will say to Me in that day, 'Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in Your name, cast out demons in Your name, and done many wonders in Your name?' 23  And then I will declare to them, 'I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!' 24  "Therefore whoever hears these sayings of Mine, and does them, I will liken him to a wise man who built his house on the rock:
 
What would happen if an NFL Football Team...Didn't meet for practice...
Didn't study their playbook...Half the team didn't show up for the game...Those who did... Just played around on the field for the first 3 quarters...And suddenly... Realizing there was only one quarter left...Suddenly realizing they were getting skunked 63-0...Decided to try and get in the game...And do all they could do... With less than 15 minutes to go? With half the team missing? Not knowing the plays? Totally unconditioned and weak?
 
How will this game end? Could you say they were ever truly…Real & Devoted to being football players… Loving the game?
 
He IS surely Coming Soon! There IS nothing else in your life that matters more! There is so much work YET to be done...So many to love... Who are unloved. So many to reach... Who don’t know His Truth. So many to care about… In their hurt and even anger!
 
We cannot wait until the last quarter...To decide we want to be REAL DISCIPLES! We should be asking for MORE time...To do… What we have been…Too soft... Too weak... To selfish...To do until now!
