It seems silly, doesn't it?  To put a dead man on trial for his crimes?  It isn't as if he could serve a jail term or be sentenced to death.  And yet, many of us are putting the "dead (wo)man" on trial daily.  Listen to today's sermon as Pastor Doss explains...

"Understand and accept this fact:
Your level of worship and prayer, and your ability to resist falling in to great sin, the level to which you trust God in the crazy predicament you are in RIGHT now, and your ability to continue to walk with Him no matter what comes your way is directly related to how real, and how important Jesus Christ is in your life.  Period.  No matter how much you know about Him, no matter how hard you try in your own power to do better, to live righteously it will not work.  In your heart of hearts if he isn't absolutely real and the most important thing in your life you will never beat sin, have a better prayer life, live like you should because you can't force those things...and that is what most of us are doing in our Christian life..... and that is what we are going to talk about a little bit today...bottom line, He has to become more in your eyes" ~Pastor Doug Doss
