Most of us have times where we know what we should be doing but for whatever the reason we justify not doing it but instead doing what “I” want. Think back, how well did that work out? More often than not things did not end well. Today’s message covers exactly this situation as Pastor Doug tells us the story of David and Bathsheba….

Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce, sweet potato casserole, and pecan pie, family, friends and fellowship. Thanksgiving is day that we stop and celebrate all that we have been given. And while many of us celebrated this holiday this past week, there is still a lesson to be learned.
This Sunday, Pastor Doss guides us through the life of David, a person that God describes as a 'man after God's own heart.' Yet, David had a dark secret that could have forever destroyed his fellowship with the Father. Join us as we discover God's gift of forgiveness and just how far He will go to have fellowship with us. One of the main reasons that Christians struggle with sin are legalistic in our walk. We have no spiritual direction and have no power of God in our Christian lives today because we either do not understand what an important and precious Gift we have in the Holy Spirit, or we are simply not walking in the Spirit.
If you have been around a church for any length of time you have probably heard the often quoted, "let your light shine before men," verse. It's great advice, but what exactly does it mean? Where does the light come from? How exactly do you let it shine?
Today Pastor Doss explains that our "light" comes from the Spirit of God, and it can only shine from us if we are walking with Him. But how do we do that? Listen in to find out. Have you ever had a moment where you secretly asked yourself, "Is it all really true, or have I been misled?" If you say that you haven't, you and I both know that is not true. True faith can only be achieved through facing your doubts. I have heard it said by so many people through the years, concerning faith in Christ: “You only believe in Christ because you live in America. If you lived in Japan you'd be Buddhist; Iraq, you'd be Muslim; India, you'd be Hindu.” And I've heard answers from Christians when confronted with issues about their beliefs, make statements such as: "We are to accept these things by faith alone, " Or, "We walk by faith, not by sight."
What comes to your mind when you hear the word, Abomination in Scriptures? There are a number of things which I hear Christians Scripturally quote that word as a description of today, and usually they are not wrong, but we have an eye-opening discovery, especially in today's average Christian. This incredibly powerful word that God uses to express His feelings about some of the worst and most unnatural sins mankind could commit.
Whether you are curious about Christianity, a new believer trying to figure it out, or a long time follower of Christ, this message is for you! Today Pastor Doss walks us through not only historical evidence that supports our faith in God's word, but he demonstrates how no other religion in the world is as trustworthy as ours, as steeped in fact than ours, as accurately prophetic as ours. This is a great message to share with others, and to boost your own faith.
