 For the last two weeks we have compared the nations and events of the Middle East today...To the End Time scenario described by Old and New Testament writings in Scriptures...And have found every seemingly needed piece of the puzzle to be in place for the events leading into the Seven Year Tribulation of the last Days! 1. With Israel miraculously being returned to her Homeland after almost 2000yrs of complete exile, as prophesied in detail...
2. With a powerful nation bringing its power and influence to all of the surrounding nations of Israel in the same generation, as prophesied... 3. With a burning, relentless passion in many of those nations to see Israel destroyed, as prophesied... The stage is literally all set for the next big event on God's calendar to begin in this area of the world... Right this moment... Exactly as described... With vital "key" pieces of the scenario present...Which have NEVER been close to reality in the history of our world... Until THIS generation! So the next logical question is..."What will happen next?" “How will it all play out from this moment in OUR present time?”
1 Thessalonians 5:4-11 (NKJV) Matthew 24:33-35 (NKJV) God is not only OK with us investigating and contemplating these Prophecies... He commands us to study, discern and be ready! He tells us to comfort and lift one another up with these words! Revelation is the ONLY Book that BEGINS and ENDS with a Promise of blessing if we will just read it!! Revelation 2:3 (NKJV) Revelation 2:6-7 (NKJV) So with that, we will pick up where we left off last week! This soon coming war between Gog and his coalition...And Israel, freshly returned from her exile in the nations...Along with a Treaty of Peace in the chaotic Middle East between Israel and her neighbors...ARE THE CATALYSTS for several MAJOR EVENTS which trigger the beginning of the END! a. The rise of the Anti-Christ... b. The beginning of the Seven Year Tribulation & wrath of God on earth... c. And the receiving of Christ's Saints into Heaven to avoid wrath! This war against Israel, involving EVERY country listed in Scriptures over 2500yrs ago...I personally believe, must come FIRST...Before the coming Peace Treaty! And NOT BE LED by the Anti-Christ...Because I do not believe a coalition LED by the rising new world leader...Which THEN gets completely annihilated by the Hand of God, just shortly out of the starting gate...Will prove to advance the Anti-Christ's popularity or ability to take the world politically, spiritually and physically! If this World Ruler is to come at a time of extreme conflict and need...And a massive war in that area has JUST OCCURRED...Which has severely defeated and crippled Magog, the Nation which has armed and led them into the Battle...Leaving them leaderless, weak and bewildered before Israel...WOULD BE THE MOST ADVANTAGEOUS MOMENT IN TIME FOR A SAVIOR TO COME TO THEIR AID! Reuniting them in faith and hope! AND offering a new Treaty of Peace to a war that has now brought major trouble to the entire world! So if this World Ruler, whom we know to be the Anti-Christ, is to come to power through the events we have been describing for the last two weeks...And the makings of these events have unfolded around us today...Does that mean the Anti-Christ is probably already living in our world today? ABSOLUTELY!
It also seems this Peace Treaty may FOLLOW the war because of the events in Israel in the first half of the Tribulation...Ezekiel 38 and 39 say that Israel will know that God was responsible for saving them from destruction, and will turn their eyes towards HIM again! Ezekiel 39:6-7, 22 (NKJV) This Peace Treaty will very possibly be the avenue, as one of the conditions of peace...Through which Israel is finally given the opportunity to begin rebuilding their Temple once again! And it will surely give them all the zeal for completing it as a nation again! Interestingly enough in the Book of Revelation...Speaking clearly about the time during the first half of the Tribulation, God gives John this vision in Chapter 11... Revelation 11:1 (NKJV) The timing would be all too exact...Because a completed Temple is seen in use during the last 3 1/2 years of the Tribulation! Are there plans today? (All is ready…) A website dedicated to rebuilding in Jerusalem advertises… “This is the time, this is the GENERATION!” Also... In the first 3 1/2yrs of the Tribulation... (Revelation 11:3-14) God sends two prophets down to Jerusalem... To prophecy of God's wrath, bring drought, and cause plagues on the earth through the whole first half of the Beast's rise to power! Until the Beast and the False Prophet kill them...Only to see them rise again in three and a half days, and ascend into Heaven again... With an earthquake that kills seven thousand! (Earthquake at every resurrection!) War of Gog? Notice something truly incredible about the nations when the prophets are killed in the streets... Revelation 11:7-10 (NKJV) I want to ask you this simple but incredible question? “How does the entire world see their dead bodies for 3 1/2 days?” Much less have time to celebrate and send gifts? It's easy on CNN satellite news today! But why would someone of the first century even imagine or write something so completely impossible in his day?!! God's Word is awesome!
First appearing to the world as a savior of peace... Satan loves to mimic Christ! Listen to the prophecy of his appearing at the start of the First Seals of Wrath broken by Christ in Revelation: Revelation 6:1-2 (NKJV) 1. But the Anti-Christ's deception leads quickly into the biggest, most bloody drive to world conquest in mankind's history... Listen! Daniel 9:27 (NKJV) Revelation 13:4-9 (NKJV) Just 3 1/2 years into his push for conquest...He has already so blitzkrieged the world in popularity, and military advancement through resisting areas...That he is powerful enough to make his way into Jerusalem and proclaim himself ruler and GOD to the entire world!! Having begun a trail of mass killing, torture and chaos like nothing before seen in history!! From this point forward, God Prophesies he will become the world ruler over all people for the last 3 1/2yrs! Causing any who resist or refuse to accept him not only as a leader, but as GOD, to be killed! HOW will he do this so quickly??!! Can we so quickly forget that in just over 5 1/2yrs...Hitler with a much smaller coalition and a far less technologically advanced war machine had come to the brink of domination? In a war that left 1/3 of the world population dead? In contrast... This Anti-Christ is to rise, drawing a TEN NATION ALLIANCE which will aid in his advancement! Many of which, we will see, are following him in an allegiance of religious fervor already...Much more on the details of this alliance of ten nations next week! AND... This will all occur most probably after those who know his identity...And are most resistant to his rising to power...Are GONE! (The Rapture of the Saints!) THIS is one of the biggest reasons I feel strongly about the Rapture of the Church at the early days of the Tribulation! 2 Thessalonians 2:3-8 (NKJV) Paul very clearly says the Anti-Christ will not even be REVEALED until WE are taken HOME! The Greek word for revealed is apokalupto (ap-ok-al-oop'-to)...Meaning take off the cover, disclose, appear...It is the same word used for Christ's appearing on earth (Lk 17:30)...Paul goes on to tell of this horrid conquest in Thessalonians... 2 Thessalonians 2:9-12 (NKJV) Again, it is well worth noting...Paul said they perish NOW, because they DID NOT (past tense) receive Christ! NOT "WILL NOT", receive Christ...Meaning they are only still there to perish because they already missed it! The Horses that follow in the illustration given through Revelation represent War, Starvation, Massive death as a result of the Anti-Christ's conquest! The False Prophet At His Side... This Anti-Christ, according to very detailed Prophecies in Daniel and Revelation... Will first rise in an area of the Middle East which ALL of the previous World Empires shared in common...Revelation 13 and Daniel 2...This mutually shared piece of land by these previous Empires will very reasonably be in the Iraq, Syria, Lebanon area of the world today! Then, as his power and popularity rise...He will bring his armies to bear on Israel and take control of the divided city of Jerusalem...Standing in their Temple, he will blaspheme God and make Jerusalem his new Capital for world rule! There, in his triumphal declaration as not only ruler, but GOD...Revelation says he will have another join him in his deception...Please note the timing of this second person's arrival...When the Beast reaches Jerusalem, halfway through his reign...At the moment HE WANTS THE WORLD TO RECOGNIZE HIM AS GOD! This will be VERY important in our study next week! Satan has always tried to mimic everything God does in His Plans for mankind...Here, Satan once again mimics God by creating his own UNHOLY TRINITY! Revelation 13 tells us of this coming False Prophet who is very powerful...Showing great supernatural signs and wonders to fool the nations...And drawing all glory and attention to the Anti-Christ, not himself... As God to be worshiped! Revelation 13:11-18 (NKJV) This False Prophet initiates a new financial and economic system in the entire world... A mark that will allow or prohibit all financial transactions! For the first and only time in mankind's history...THIS GENERATION has the exact technology to make this a reality...With RFID (Radio Frequency Identification) tattoos...Here is one clip from Livescience magazine...
